“These shoes are great but they did give me blisters when I first wore them largely due to the pointy toe but it subsides the more you wear them. Aside from that they are very comfortable but they do leave black marks on your feet if you don't wear stockings. Great for walking to and from work to the train. Also a step up from ballet flats. I do recommend these shoes.”
“I have these in multiple colours now. I have black as a staple and the pomegranate suede for a pop of colour, they can be worn with all types of outfits and the small heel makes them look like a heel but can be worn all day, the front part of the shoe is also flattering on the foot as it covers most of your foot and doesn’t cut into the sides half way up your foot like some shoes in this style. I will be getting more colours to add to my wardrobe.”
“I have 2 pairs of Brolgas! Being 5”10 means heels are not my best friend. These shoes are my go to for; work, going out, formal wear - they are ridiculously versatile! I have had my black pair for over a year and I probably wear them 50% of the time and sole is still fine (work in an office)”
“It's tough to find shoes that are good quality with good support and are nice looking. These tick all those boxes. BUT I have a wide foot, and the front pads of my foot are swimming in these, while the sides of my feet spill over the sides ever so slightly on the outside of my foot. They also dig into the backs of my ankles a bit, but I expect I'll just get a callous. Overall, not enough to return them, they'll be useful, but I can't give them five stars.”
Hi Bethany,
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I'm sorry to hear you are having a bit of trouble wearing in your Brolgas.
I've just sent you an email with some tips and tricks, including gel forefoot pads to minimise the depth in the forefoot, and gel spots for areas that may be rubbing.
I look forward to hearing back from you via email and finding a solution to make these more comfortable for you. :)
Take care,
The Bared Team x
