“When I first tried on these boots I was pleasantly surprised at how easily and comfortably my orthotics fit inside. I got into my usual with my orthotics inside, I was able to zip them up with ease, AND I still had wiggle room for my toes! This never happens... so I was in awe :) Plus they are a stylish shoe that looks good. They did take a while to break in though, as they were quite painful at first near the big toe knuckle especially (where the shoe bends as you walk, as they are quite a long shoe). Although after a good 5-6 proper wears I have no more pain and they are very comfortable for all day wear at work. I definitely recommend these shoes, especially if you wear orthotics. I just wish they’d bring this style out in some more colours (WITHOUT the fluffy mop stuff on top). I’d love an army green colour with dark silver hardware, and a nice brown. Here’s hoping! Oh and it’d be great if you also made half sizes, as then they’d fit even better. Thanks Bared :)”
“Such strong, comfortable boots which have been perfect for winter walking, working, shopping, travelling, footy! Love the side zip with the lace up look that can be worn over or under pants. Most comfortable with a long sock. The accompanying Bared inserts have made these boots just the right fit for both my feet. I think they will last a lifetime!”
