I am the proud owner of more than 10 pairs of Bared shoes. I love that I can have comfortable shoes that look good. These boots are the most comfortable boots I own. I always get comments on the heel shape and colour - I have the black with tortoise shell heels. I have read some reviews that the heels have scratched. Mine are still in prefect condition, but I am careful not to drive in them or undertake any activities that might scratch them. I also keep the boxes and dust bags for all my shoes to ensure I am storing them in a way that they do not get damaged.

Was super excited to buy these shoes but unfortunately I had to return them as the top rim of the boot kept rubbing against my leg in an awkward position and was quite uncomfortable. Fortunately though, customer service was absolutely awesome and sent through some other pairs of boots I was interested in to try on at home to replace them. Would still recommend the boot depending on your own personal fit as the rest of the boot was comfortable.

I have the Firecrest in black with the tortoiseshell heel. I love the style - simple enough to work into many outfits but the heel still stands out. I have "problem feet" and consequently struggle to wear heels. I can wear these all day. I knocked one star off because the stitching on the side was a bit painful (scratches if you're wearing short socks), but it has softened with use.

I was on the fence about buying these as they're such a bold colour, I'm so glad I did! They look fantastic with jeans, can brighten up an all black outfit and look killer with leopard print. To top it all off, incredibly comfortable and easy to walk in, now I have my eye on the black!

I bought these boots from the Manchester Lane store in July in black and absolutely adore them! After a few wears they are incredibly comfortable and I get constant compliments on the heel. After having them for a month I noticed some scratching on the heel and emailed the customer service team to ask how I could rectify this. They have organised to have them fixed free of charge and have been so helpful through out the process. I honestly won't buy shoes from anywhere else after the fantastic experiences I have had with Bared, they really are a standout brand.

I’ve had so many positive comments on my Firecrest boots. They are stylish and very comfortable. I have two pairs, the Black and Tan and absolutely love them. I’m a teacher and wear them all day.

Although there is such a great variety of boots to choose from I chose this style and really glad I did. I wear these boots so often and have found they work well with many outfits and are extremely comfortable.

First pair of bared shoes and the first pair of heeled shoes I've bought in a while due to plantar fascitis. Been wearing daily for the last two weeks. So far I like them and I think they're likely to stay on high rotation during cooler months. Very stylish boot with nice heel detail to elevate them past boring black boot. I like that they are a sensible height but don't look like geriatric shoes. Comfortable and supportive under foot and, with the thicker insole and extra forefoot padding, finally some heeled boots where my feet don't slip around. The metatarsal bump takes some getting used to. I'm not sure that I like it yet, but it isn't uncomfortable. The leather upper is quite stiff and with thicker ankles, the edge of the boot can dig into the outside of the leg. With heavier legs, this causes ankle muffin top. Hopefully some more wear and leather conditioner can soften them up a little.
