“Very stylish, very comfortable although the heel is fairly high (for me anyway) but need some wearing in. It's quality leather so mine needed some wearing in to soften around the ankle. Would 100% recommend!”

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the wear of your shoes.
As the boots are made from leather, the leather will eventually soften after a few wears and we usually recommend wearing the boots with the zips half way down, wearing them around the house with thick socks and massaging the leather with your fingers.
