“I picked these up at a great price during the last sale but I was a bit concerned with how I’d go with wearing heels all day. I’m pretty tall (176cm) so I typically don’t go for heels but I really needed/wanted some classic boots. These are it! I have a mild to moderate bunion on one foot, and these boots accommodated really well. In terms of sizing, I’m usually a 40 and a 40 was perfect in these. I was able to wear them to work (standing on a train), went for a walk at lunch time etc, with no issues. Didn’t require breaking in! Really happy with these!”

The boot provided adequate padding on the foot but the leather was way too stiff. I only walked for 15 mins before my leg became red and cuts appeared making it nearly too painful to walk. This is shame because the foot was actually quite comfortable.”

Thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the wear of your shoes.
As discussed, as the boots are made from leather they will eventually soften with wear and we usually recommend wearing them around the house with thick socks and wearing the zips halfway down.
