“I wanted to buy a staple boot in terms of colour, heel height and comfort level. This boot has done pretty well! It was a little tight around my ankles initially and I struggled to get them on and off, but after a while the leather softens and they become pretty comfy. My only criticism is the tan is a little lighter than I initially thought, and doesn't go the best with my darker skin, but hey it's still comfortable and a nice overall boot. I'd maybe go black next time. I would size down as well if I bought them again.”
“These are one of the best boots I have ever purchased. They are stylish but they are super comfortable. The heel height wasn’t to big and it was exactly what I was after. The boots are a little tight at the top at first however after wearing them in a few times they softened. I’ve worn these boots all day to work and even on nights out, not once were my feet hurting. I wore my old boots the other day and after an hour or two my feet started to burn and hurt.
I initially purchased a size 37 however it was a little big. I contacted the customer service team and they were absolutely fantastic in organising a size 36 to be sent out to me to try on. The size 36 fit perfectly!
If you are looking at purchasing a pair of boots, I would recommend you purchase these. Once you go Bared you don’t go back to any other brand of shoes.”

“These boots are life! Initially, like others have said, they were tight and rubbed around my ankles. I wore them several times for short trips with very thick socks on. My feet did hurt for the first 5 times I wore them but I knew I’d have to wear them in. Once the leather had softened around the ankle, they were much more comfortable. Since then, I’ve worn them for hours at a time with no issues. They fit well and are so comfortable. I can literally wear them for 10+ hours and walk kilometres and my feet don’t hurt. I love them and will never buy a different brand of shoes again.”
“Initially these boots were so tight I had difficulty getting them on & off, but once I had worn then a few times & gave the leather time to stretch slightly they were fine.
These boots are now my go to boots for the season. I can wear them all day without my feet beginning to ache. I wore my old boots the other day & within an hour I had to take them off. Hardly notice the heal they are that comfortable.”
