“I have two pairs of the Woodpecker boots, black and the light tan. These are truly the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I bought them initially for casual wear with jeans, but they look wonderful with dresses and I even wear the black ones with black stockings and dresses to my corporate job. I love coming home at the end of the day and my feet feel wonderful, not pain or discomfort at all. Thank you Bared for making such wonderful shoes, I never shop anywhere else for shoes!!”
“I don’t love these boots. The white trim is MUCH more obvious than the photos reveal and they are also really long, making me feel like a Hobbit and people have commented on my ‘cowboy boots’ which isn’t the look I was after with my corporate wear. I wondered if I need to try a smaller size but they are already super tight around the ankle and I need my husband to pull them off for me at the end of the day so I think they’re just loooong. So, I really don’t like the look of them much or care for the hassle of getting them off but they are so, so, so super comfy that I keep wearing them.”

“I love these boots. I discovered Bared shoes less than a year ago and the quality, structure, support & style stand out so much, I'm hooked. I wanted boots that I could wear all day at work, and my feet feel very supported. I usually wear flat shoes to work but I've found these really manageable and I think they have a nice, stylish edge to them. I have normal/narrow feet and used the extra inserts that came in the fitting pack for a closer fit. Very happy.”
“I didn’t have this colour in mind when I originally ordered my Woodpeckers, but because I had to change sizes these arrived on my doorstep and stole my heart. Once I had them on, I definitely couldn’t send them back! They are so amazingly comfortable (no need to wear them in) and are my go to boots for everyday wear. I love that they are just so different to my standard tan or black boots that I always resort to and I’ve had so many people comment on how fabulous they look. “My favourite thing about these shoes is the heel height. There’s enough to make the shoe look a little dressier and less like a tradie’s work boot, but it is also low enough that my feet don’t slide forwards and it feels like I am wearing flats. I also love the slim ankles and pointed toe, again for the dressier look. However, whilst not a dealbreaker, I am not a fan of the fabric tab at the front of the shoe.”
