I had issues ordering as my order somehow wasn’t processed properly through the system. Caused quite a bit of confusion but after calling up it was sorted.
The second reason for not a perfect 5 was that when I saw them in store they came with a second strap yet 2 weeks later after ordering mine only had the ties. There was a change during manufacturing orders and again when I raised the issue they were quick to sort me out!
