Cons - Buckle strap cuts into my skin. Too short for someone like me with big ankles, Struggled to do my buckles, had to get more holes put into the end part of strap so I could buckle up.
Will appreciate a longer strap and will love to see more designs without buckle”

“None of the pain you normally get from heels in these pumps. Ordered my normal size but was too big around the ankle so contacted customer support and they sent me the size down for free and I kept both sizes whilst I decided. Never had that customer service before! Didn’t last my whole first day in the shoe though with rubbing on the big toes”

Great arch support & a heel which still makes it good for walking/commuting to the office. The leather can take a little bit to break in but definitely a shoe you can wear all day.”
