I finally bought them as a birthday treat for myself (my first Bared purchase) and was so disappointed with the fit... Well, that didn’t last long!
At the prompting of a friend, who is a long time Bared customer, I contacted customer service and was BLOWN AWAY by the returns process. At one point, I had FOUR pairs of Boots of various styles and sizes, which I was able to try in the comfort of my own home. I finally settled on the original style I purchased, just in a smaller size.
