“I received incredible customer service from Bared when I bought a size that turned out to be too big. I sent an email query and the next business day I got a call from the Manchester Lane store offering to set aside the smaller size as there were only two left in stock.
These run quite long in the toe so you may need to size down, but they are so comfortable and look super stylish. I haven't had too many opportunities to wear them (because, Melbourne...) but these are going to be my go-to work and dancing shoe.”

“These get so many great reviews for work shows but they can go everywhere.... almost a shame if they are stuck under a desk! They are comfy, have a style that’s not too out there but not what everyone is wearing, although I don’t think that will last! “I love the unique look of the Tan Leather Macaw! I’ve never purchased from Bared before but decided to when they had their last sale. Bought size 36 as I’m usually a 36 in most shoes. I’m not sure if the fit is the perfect one as they are sold out of size 35 and can’t get it to try.. I do like that it is longer in the foot so toes are not squished. I will have to shop in store to figure out my “best fit” size for Bared as they run a little different. 4 Stars instead of 5 because I would prefer for a true to size fit (or for the description to mention the sizing fit).”
“I bought these in tan and they go with just about anything. They really are the perfect trans season shoe that will take you anywhere seven days a week. I went a size down and the fit is good while still being super comfortable as you would expect from Bared. Highly recommend.”
“My partner managed to snatch a pair of these for me during the sale and although they were a size too big and Bared was initially out of stock of smaller sizes, they contacted us soon after and sent a pair that were the perfect size. They are extremely comfortable for a pointed toe and the footbed is padded enough to keep your feet feeling tireless for the entire day. The wooden heel is edgy and definitely unique. I have a very narrow foot and usually a size 7 but needed to go down to a 36. The strap to hold you in is also perfect, feels very secure!”
