Thank you very much for providing this feedback on the sizing of our Macaw, we have found that some people size down in this style but this is not the majority.
We are so sorry that we are out of stock in the size 36, it was very popular in the heel sale!
We have a new style that is very similar to the Macaw, it is called the Sugarbird and I can see my colleague has offered to send this to you to try. Let us know if you would like to.

The heel has slight wearing in discomfort but breaking in is part and parcel right?
