“I noticed the shoes at first because they were in my favourite colour green. As they were on sale I decided to try the loafers as I had never really liked them. I bought my usual size 41. I received them very soon after but alas they were too big even using the included inserts. I was going to return for credit but the chat lady started talking to me and suggested I try smaller size and to keep the first pair until I decided. My size 40 soon arrived and they were a perfect fit and so comfortable. Fit like a glove. I could not fault the customer service I received. So helpful. It was all so easy. Thank you”
