“I had to size up because in my normal size they were excruciating on my achilles. With the assistance of the AMAZING customer service I sized up and have since worn them almost every day at work. I wear the thickest insert with the size up to find the perfect fit. I get lots of compliments and feel like I’m walking on clouds. They’re now my favourite work shoes.”
