“I would give this company 5 stars for customer service, they do go above and beyond to address your concerns, they have a great team that are ever so cheerful and helpful. I went through so many returns as I was getting the wrong size and then found that the boots were too stiff. I finally settled on the Dunlin but I'm kind of stuck indoors so I have only been able to wear my beautiful shoes twice. I still need to break into the shoes as I have a massive blister on my second toe after wearing it and walking around the city yesterday. I find that the tongue of the shoe is very stiff and I had to use wax (Body Glide) around the ankle area but forgot about my toes. I'll continue to persevere and get the shoes wear in the shoes. I have been eyeing the tern for a while now and someone mentioned that the back is very stiff and she was unable to wear them in, so I'm still debating.”
