“I get compliments on these shoes all the time. Great support and easy to pair with most outfits. Initially they did pinch a bit around the heel but softened eventually.”

“I got these as my third pair of Bared shoes and they are great as a discrete and flexible yet classy option, either with a suit for the office or to dress down with a pretty dress and stockings. One of the best things about them is that the salesperson was able to add holes in the strap at the exact right place to accomodate my wider foot, orthotics and narrow heel, so they never rub or feel too loose or too tight. Custom shoes!
The reason I am giving these only 4 stars is because after wearing them a couple of months, I had to make tiny scalpel cuts on the inner, around the heel, to remove minuscule stones/dirt that had found their way under the leather somehow. The tiny bumps they made had been rubbing and hurting my feet -- but once I cut them out the shoes went back to being super comfy and still get regular wear, for days when I need a little black shoe.”
