“The leather on these shoes are slightly hard when new and did pinch me at the side of my ankle at the start, but the Bared team were extremely helpful in responding to my questions and sending out some gel pads to help with the problem ! The shoes are weighty probably indicative of the quality and materials used.”
“I absolutely love these shoes for work! I initially tried the Silvereye, but I found that my heel slipped out the back of the shoe too easily even with the different insole options. When I spotted the Parrot, with its higher buckle, I thought it was definitely worth a try, and I am glad I did! It feels more secure around my ankle and looks gorgeous! I have wide feet, so had to break the shoe in with the 'wide' foot insole for a few weeks, and then found the leather had stretched out enough to use the regular insole. Though there is a bit of rubbing, I think this will lessen over time as the leather is very soft. I have received heaps of compliments at work, and the best thing is the rubber soles which are soundless when walking. I would definitely recommend these shoes - I can stand on my feet all day without a problem!”
