“Bared shoes were recommended to me by my physio (I was getting lower back pain which she thought was due to me spending most of my days walking around in ballet flats). I went to the Armadale store and purchased these. They were initially a little loose when I tried them on (heel slipping out at the back) but the staff member gave me a front of foot insole and then - perfect! Great support under the heels and my lower back pain has largely disappeared. Purchased a couple of months ago and they have been so good that in a recent sale I repurchased same style in the caramel colour plus a pair of sandals and some heels.”
