“Not being able to wear sneakers due to recurring plantar fasciitis has created a real void in my wardrobe for years. I was tossing up between these and Hornbill, buying both online. I received great customer service advice on the phone and really appreciated (and was amazed by) the extra pairs of these and other shoe styles sent to me after the initial purchase. After a size change I went into the store with both styles of sneakers for some final advice about which pair was better for me. The game changer was arriving late on a warm day after being on my feet all day long - they had swollen a bit and whereas I thought both shoes were fine it turns out the Thorntails with the wider toe box were the obvious winners. First day I wore them for 15 minutes as they felt a little stiff, and the next day they were fine to wear all day long. They have been fantastic ever since.
