We are very happy to hear that you were pleased with the customer service we provided but also a little saddened that the Thorntail didn't work so well for you. However, as shoe fitting isn't an exact science, not ever shoe will work for every foot.
Our sneakers are made with really firm, high quality leather and they can take some time to wear in.
