“The THORNTAIL were my first bared shoes and I got totally hocked. At first I thought the size was quite big, I got a 37 and I am usually a 7, however with the extra footbeds they came with the issue was fixed. My first walk was the worst thing ever, I walked for around 1 hour on them and I got blister, after this I wasn't too sure whether I was happy with my purchase or not but as I had read all the reviews saying they took time to wear in I gave them a second try and now I just love them, the leather seems to be super good quality and the are comfy as clouds. Totally worth the wait!”
“Really great shoes once you break them in. The tongue was really stiff but I found that wearing the laces tied under the tongue worked best to loosen it and was generally more comfortable to wear. The metallic material is slowly peeling off the back of the shoe which is a bit disappointing but could just be as a result from general wear and tear. The shoe is a bit on the heavier side which takes getting used to, but again after a while you'll wonder how you ever lived without them. Great leather, firm and durable - will likely purchase a few more!”
