“I recently had surgery on both feet to correct bunions. These shoes were recommended to me by my surgeon, physio and podiatrist due to their enclosed and sturdy nature. They take a couple of days to soften (but my feet are extra sensitive due to scarring) yet are incredibly comfortable and I can wear them all day at work and into the evening. They are a wider fit which also helps with swelling throughout the day. Definitely recommend.”

“On advice from my podiatrist, I leapt into x 2 pairs of shoes from Bared. The sandal I have reviewed 5 Stars! I wish I had taken more care with my Sneaker of choice. Turns out I have wide, flexible, high-arched but narrow heeled feet... This shoe I bought for present travelling (much walking involved). While not a complete disaster, the heel fit is not snug for me. The footbed fine, solid and structured enough for great support, width-fine. But after some hours in use, the looseness around my heel results in too much movement and rubbing-esp if I wear low socks. Also, the finish-patent is not wearing the best - given I am in quite a few differnt urban environments. So thats disappointing-there is already some peeling on the toe.
