“First off I must say the customer service i received has hands down been the best i have ever received from any company! I'm a half size so I bought the larger of the two sizes. They were far too big so Bared sent me the smaller size to try and gave me a return label so I could return the other pair free of charge. The person I spoke with was amazing and I cannot believe I was able to try both sizes to determine which was the better fit. The shoes took probably one wearing to soften the leather, no blisters at all! They're now super comfortable and I can wear them all day 8-5 without a problem. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the buckle placement. I find the positioning sometimes quiet difficult to reach as its in a bit closer to the back of my heel than other shoes I gave tried. Despite this I will happily buy more Bared in the future!”
