I bought these because I have bunions, and needed shoes wide enough to accomodate them. I ordered wide in 40 (I'm normally between a 9 and 10) and found them to be the perfect length, but possibly a little wide! I guess I have quite narrow feet (without the bunion), so might not order wide next time. It was my first pair of bared shoes, so you live & you learn! The fit is still pretty good regardless!”
