“My first ever Bared purchase and I love my Penguins soooo much. I wear them every day for work and have done so now for almost a year. I have to wear custom orthotics so I loved being able to customise the fit pack/inserts to get a comfy fit with them. 100% 5 stars for customer service - I ended up with 4 pairs of shoes in total in different styles and sizes before settling on the Penguins and it was so easy to try on and send back and dealing with customer service via emails was a breeze! My only gripe is because the glued piece inside the shoe came unglued very quickly due to the orthotics and it has been a bit of a pain to manoeuvre/cut etc. Otherwise, totally worth the investment!
