I did initially buy the wrong size and thanks to Covid lockdown could of course not drop into the store to exchange. Customer service was outstanding when I bought these. The first pair was too big and within days of emailing Bared a smaller pair arrived (no charge) so that I could compare. The smaller size was a perfect fit. Packaged up the other pair and returned them at no extra cost to me.
