“I bought these as work shoes in February, but COVID sent us into lockdown in March and I haven't worn them as much as I had planned. They're super comfy, but I found them quite tight across the pinky toes and they kept chewing through the heels of my socks on my right foot (especially the thick ones I wore to try to stretch the shoes). Bared customer service was absolutely fantastic....they offered to let me return the shoes outside of the 30 day period, but as I had already worn them outdoors this wasn't an option. They sent me some stretching spray, which did the trick and helped stretch them out. Super comfortable, but I occasionally need to reapply the stretching spray to keep them comfortable.”
“I have been wearing Bared footwear for many years now and one of my favourite pairs is the Jay . I have a lot of lower back pain and as these take my orthotics they are incredibly comfortable.i initially bought them as I was going overseas and needed a comfy all round shoe but I now wear them all the time at home. Walking on hardwood floors can make my back more uncomfortable but these shoes make my life much easier. As I have the black ones I want to get a lighter colour for summer to wear back with pants and dresses. The Velcro strap is great as they are very easy to get on and adjust as the day goes on. I think these would be a fantastic shoe for anyone on their feet a lot.”
