“Honestly, it's hard to find a better looking boot. The way the design cuts into the middle of your ankle is ingenious - ideal for skinny jeans and skirts. Feels and looks luxurious. The leather though is so stiff and even after customer service (who are amazing) gave me 2 months in lockdown to try it at home, is still hard to wear in. But it just looks HOT- I had to keep it.”

“Fabulous fit and design with great arch support and the perfect heel height for fashion plus comfort. Super snazzy modern look, if only I could show it off more often! The low ankle design means it can rub at the ankle. My top tip is to make sure you’ve used the best fit insert included with the boots. If it’s a good snug but comfy fit at the front, then the foot stays forward in the boot and the ankle won’t rub.”

Hi there, I am so sorry to hear this happen with your Kagu boots. As discussed over the phone, I have sent out some gel spots which should do the trick and stop some of that rubbing. We cant wait until you are loving your Bared shoes again!
