“These look great and are very good quality, but I have a lot of foot problems and was looking for something to put my orthotics in and wear comfortably all day.i think these may be too heavy for my feet and i get a lot of pain still. Im sure they would be great for someone with good feet though. They fit orthotics in well and are also nice with their existing footbed.”

Thanks so much for your review. We are so sorry to hear the Hornbill sneakers have not worked for you. All of our shoes do have a steel shank that runs within the sole from heel to mid-foot - this is promote proper foot function (flex and gait), although can make them feel a little heavier than some other brands. I have privately contacted you with hopefully some solutions for you!

Almost gave 4 stars because they did take some wearing in - I got blisters on one heel the first few wears, but nothing a blister bandaid can't solve. After being worn in, now one of my fav pairs of shoes. Look great and have received lots of compliments.”
“Sneakers are as described and well made. Compared to most sneakers, they are a heavier shoe. I have a narrow foot and have found these to be a snug fit that will take a little breaking in.”
