I had heard of the option to request both sizes to be sent and only pay for one but was unsure how to do so and she helped me out so much!! Also, how amazing that this company sends you a second size, if you're unsure of sizing, for free!!! This was a big investment for me and I was quite hesitant about which size to get but this simply put my mind at ease. Also love that you can change the insoles to suit your foot shape and the shoe.”
