The leather is great quality so I wore them for a few hours each day to widen them using the Bared footbed. I then had them stretched by a bookmaker to accommodate my full orthotics. I was told to always expect foot pain (even after rehab from lisfranc fracture) and I am constantly surprised how comfortable and supportive Bared shoes are without compromising on style.
