“I bought these shoes in cream suede which I think is no longer available. Love this mango colour though! The shoes are lovely, they make a pair of jeans feel slightly dressed up, and you can also wear them with more corporate pants (although in lockdown, everyone's in tracksuit pants, right?). I love these, and would definitely buy another pair (tempted by the black ones!).”
“I purchased these beauties in ice suede and I just love them. They go with anything and I get compliments on them all the time. I am a devotee of Bared's shoes since being recommended them by my podiatrist as I have a bunion and need to wear orthotics. On my feet all day at work, my plovers were so soft and comfortable from the first wear, needing no wearing in at all. “I own the pale blue version of these shoes and absolutely love them. It admittedly took a few wears to “break“ into them (kept rubbing against side of ankle initially) BUT the leather did soften and mould into my foot eventually. These shoes have been a real pick-me-up especially during COVID times. In Melbourne, we haven’t been able to move around much, but if I need to duck out for essentials, I team up my plovers with my jeans and I instantly feel better and can leave the house with motivation and a sense of purpose. “I’m a big derby fan but after two kids my feet, back and hips don’t cope with not having any support. I have worn these shoes every day since I got them! My back and hips are better and my feet don’t hurt by the end of the day. I wear them with skirts, dresses and pants. The tan colour goes with everything and the brogue detail makes them more dainty. I also can’t fault their customer service. I found the 41 was too big but on request they sent me 40 at no extra charge and I returned the 41 for free with no hassle at all.
