I have to agree with all my encounters with customer service I have never been upset. The Bared team always gone above and beyond to ensure that I am 100% happy with my purchase, they have provided alternate shoe styles at no extra cost to me to try on and the team are always prompt to reply to any questions. I don’t think anyone would regret purchasing shoes from this brand. I have had to go a size done to my normal size however if you receive your shoes and need help with returns do not hesitate to contact the team - they are amazing!”

“A really comfortable sandal for the summertime and on holidays. The shape of the sole lets you walk for hours without pain, and I did not get any blisters from the straps. I sometimes noticed that where I tied the knot would shift, but this is likely a personal issue and very minor. All in all, these sandals are comfy, versatile and very pretty!”
“I had heard great things about Bared, but I was blown away about the quality of these sandals when I pulled them out of the box. They had a strong and sturdy sole/base, and the leather was so soft. Unfortunately my stick thin feet slid through the shoe and I had to return them. I have rated so high because the staff were easy to deal with and accomodating.”
