“The shoes I ordered originally were too big. The service was professional ,prompt and very good when I requested for an exchange for the smaller size . Replacement arrived within the week... the pair that were too big had a prepaid label and instructions for return.... the shoes are a generous fit, the quality of them is good but most importantly, I feel confident in re purchasing from the Bared because of their customer service.”

“These shoes look great and are very comfortable. I was concerned about the leather being to stiff and ending up with blisters. However, they were surprisingly soft and instantly moulded to my feet, so this hasn’t been a problem, even in hot weather.
They do run large and with hindsight, I would have sized down. I’m typically a 38 (true 37.5) and should have bought the 37. I decided not to exchange them.”
