We use natural leathers to construct our shoes - this helps the shoe to retain its shape for as long as possible, however, can mean they are quite rigid to begin with and take some time to wear in.
The process can be made a lot more comfortable for you, especially with some magic gel spots.
We have organised for some to be posted out to you to try. You can place on the part of shoe causing rubbing and the gel spot will act as a barrier between the skin and the leather. This video shows how to use the gel spots; https://bared.com.au/magic-gel-spots
