In one size my heel was lifting up because the shoes was a bit big, in the other size it was definitely a touch too small (just slightly). However from a friend they stretch a little. To speed up the process, I did the wet socks in the shoes trick, (you wear the wet socks in the shoes until they are dry). And presto, perfect fit!! I love them!!”
