“Very nice looking and super comfortable shoes. I have asked my podiatrist to custom fit orthotics with the shoes now. Will provide another feedback after that. I must mention that the customer service was exceptional. I saw a very little scuff in the shoes and asked about how to polish and take care of it. All their Service Manager provided detailed response and surprisingly sent another pair of shoes to me (I was not expecting that!!!). Now I am stuck returning the previous pair back as those are with the podiatrist but the trust I feel from the service is something I can not describe in words. Hopefully I can return the previous pairs back soon! And obviously will buy from them again.”
“They're quite comfortable and they're nice shoes, however the right shoe seems slightly smaller than the left. This is the case in both mine and my brothers size 12 shoes. This is fine, both are still comfortable, but it's noticeable.
The protective rubber part of the sole however is already falling off after the second time I've worn the shoe. It's quite noticeable that a part of the sole is already flapping off. It's disappointing that there is already damage to it already after two days of office wear”
