“They are cute shoes and the customer service is friendly but I’ve never had so many blisters. I bought them (rush delivery) for an upcoming trip but sadly won’t be able to take them. I have blisters on my toes, the ball of my foot, my heels, my ankles. I had no idea that it would be such a brutal break in process.”

It’s a long story (physical) but suffice it to say that ordering items from Australia when I live in the US should illustrate just how much I appreciate this company! “I had to size down from my usual 36 to a 35. I don't have long toes and there was just too much room and my foot was flopping around in the 36. Customer service immediately shipped out the 35 for me to try and compare with the 36 without charging me for the second pair. I don't know any company that does that, so it was a pleasant surprise! The 35 is heavenly - so comfortable right from the start. No rubbing or blisters and my painful plantar fasciitis is gone when I am wearing them.
