“Bought them last summer after checking the reviews many times but i haven't worn them as much as i would've liked to because everytime i wear them i get a bad blister just on the left foot. I'm just wondering how long it takes for them to start wearing in. Otherwise the soles are thick and supportive.”

As discussed, as unpleasant as they are, blisters the first few times you wear a shoe are not uncommon and will usually resolve themselves quite quickly. In such cases, we recommend wearing your shoes around the house with socks or stockings, massaging the leather to help it soften more quickly and using a soft tape or blister pads to cover the susceptible areas of your foot. If you are still finding that it hasn't worked then we'd be happy to gift you some gel heel grips to try.

“I bought these immediately berfore setting off for 5 weeks in Europe. I thought they might suit for a bit of shopping or to a resaurant - I have long, narrow feet and wear full custom orthotics. It was 3 weeks over cobbled streets, archaeological sites, and endless stairs before I had to return to my orthotics. Three days later I was straight back into these for the next two weeks.
