“Had these shoes for only a week or so before the rubber began to peel away from the sole of the shoes (had only even worn them around the office and for short walks to lunch). I got them repaired at a cobbler but they soon began to peel away again. The shoes ARE extremely comfortable and I love them, but I had expected not to be making any compromise let alone compromising durability at this price. At the end of the day these are EXPENSIVE shoes and you expect a certain level of quality to come with that, but I have had this same issue with three different models, even though the customer service here is absolutely amazing, its not worth the hassle of bringing them back for repair and I will be looking for a different shoe brand from now on”
“You can tell the quality of the shoes when you put them on. I was recommended by my podiatrist and these shoes work well with orthotics. The shoes could be a little tight from the beginning but its getting better overtime and fit wide feet very well.
I was overall happy with the customer service in the city store but some of the styles I like they do not have size 40. I am still waiting for a while for the zinc in this size but not sure when they gonna have them stocked”
