“These boots are great. I love the elastic gusset on either side, they’re really comfortable and do not rub on my ankle. They’re a solid boot but still look elegant. I initially thought I would never wear the studs with them but they’re actually reasonably understated and are a good addition when I want to dress the boots up a bit more. I ordered my usual size and they were a bit large but the team arranged for the size down to be sent out and the exchange process was very smooth.”
“I really wanted to love these boots but being a size 42 and pointy toe they look enormous. Also, I found them difficult to put on due to lack of zipper and the straps needing to be undone and loosened. Here's to hoping with wear i like them more. The leather is also not nice and soft and comfortable like the grebe.”

The leather is definitely going to soften up with wear. The best thing to soften the leather is body heat and pressure. So the more you wear your leather the softer they will become. Once this happens they will be much easier to get on and off your feet!
We make our shoes with firm, high quality leather so that they are more durable, however this can mean they take a little longer to wear in. If you need further help with them, please get in touch.
