“I love this shoe for running around in or work casual day when I don't mind wearing a flat (as a height-challenged person!). I did loose a couple of studs like another reviewer, and do need to pop in-store to have this fixed as I've always been impressed with Bared's service in this regard.”

“I was delighted that I had found the perfect work shoe for my awkward feet. I have bunions and wear orthotics and both were catered for in the styling. I did find that I needed padding on the bunions whilst they were wearing in but nothing major -they improved until… both shoes started creaking and squeaking! They progressively got louder so I rang the shop and we spoke about options. I must admit the customer service was awesome (thanks guys), we agreed on getting them fixed by their cobbler but within 24hrs of wearing them they started again. So they sent me a new pair (yay!) but they too have the same problem. I am so sad as I had great customer service but I gave up on Bared shoes now as I had bought a pair of boots and one of them has started to squeak too.”
Thanks for your review - I am sorry to hear that this has happened, sometimes the metal shank in the shoe becomes slightly loose, so when pressure is placed on it (as you walk) the movement of the shank causes the squeak. Please contact us at info@bared.com.au and we can address this for you x
