“I love my black Lapwings! They are extremely comfortable, and are an elegantly shaped shoe. I have quite a wide foot so I do prefer a flat with an ankle strap. The strap on these shoes is well placed.
I haven't need to 'wear in' these shoes. I popped them on first wear and went out for the day, no blisters or rubbing!”
“Awesome comfortable shoe. Found out I needed to wear orthotics and your shoes don't look as chunky as the rest and I was given the all clear from my doctor that they were good. They did take a long time to wear in. And after 4 weeks of wearing 2 of the studs have fallen out. I don't wear them every day so was a little disappointed.
Overall though they are a good shoe.”

“These shoes are amazing! I have long and narrow feet and find it hard to get ballet flats that will stay on my foot without either stubbing my toe or flapping around the sides. The lapwings are perfect and feel so comfortable! I originally tried the navy studded version but found the colour didn't suit my outfits so I contacted customer service and they were so helpful sending out the black ones straight away so that I could compare the options. I have never had such good customer service when buying online and it was certainly worth the price you pay. Highly recommend.”
“I love these shoes! I have what you call problem feet with narrow feet, bunions and plantar fasciitis. My feet are also about a cm difference in length and width which meant finding the right shoes were next to impossible. Thank you for the extra cushioning/inserts provided as I could customise my shoes perfectly according to each foot. The ankle strap was a little big so I had to get an extra hole punched which was easily done at the cobbler.
These are by far the best online purchase I have ever made and won't be my last.”
