“I am usually size 7.5. I took a size 38 in these shoes. I would say my feet are narrow to normal however I had to remove the inner soles and put in the thinner soles provided, which was a bit disappointing as the thicker inner soles are more comfortable and seem to provide more support. I have had these shoes for about 4 months now and hardly wear them due to the blisters they give at the heels every wear. I will try to wear them again with strapping tape wrapped around my heels and see if I can "wear them in".”

“These shoes are very comfortable they just take some breaking in. I also recommend getting fitted for a low footbed if you find the top of your feet rubbing as it makes a huge difference. Planning on buying these in beige too.”

Thanks for taking the time to review your Bared shoes, we really appreciate your feedback.
I am sorry to hear that your shoes have developed a squeak! It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes the metal shank in the shoe becomes slightly loose, so when pressure is placed on it (as you walk) the movement of the shank causes the squeak.
We do have a way of fixing this – our cobbler secures the shank in place by pinning it, which prevents further movement (and squeaking!).
