excellent customer service as I had to return the first pair for the 38 however a few days later they went on sale which is disappointing most online brands notify you of the pre sale. not as comfortable as I thought they would be and a little heavy maybe I need to get use to them

Hi Jayne, Thanks for taking the time to review your Bared shoes, we really appreciate your feedback. It was lovely to speak with you earlier over the phone. We were sorry to hear you had trouble with the feel of your Vireo. Our sneakers are crafted with a rigid heel counter designed to secure your heel into the shoe. They also offer a steel shank that runs from the base of the heel to underneath the ball of your foot to help guide your gait and encourage flex in the forefoot. Coupled with rigid leathers that maintain structure and support over time, our shoes can feel a little stiff and heavy in the beginning. Rest assured, with consistent wear and applying heat & pressure to the leather - the shoes will soften and mould to the shape of your foot to become more comfortable. As always if you have any issues with the fit of your shoes please feel free to reach out. Regards, The Bared Team

I love these sneakers. They are so comfortable and they look great. I wasn’t sure about the size initially so the Bared team sent me another size to try to make sure I had the right fit., at no extra cost. The service was outstanding!

This is the first time I got shoes from Bared that aren't for clinic! I love these, they are so comfy, versatile & easy to match with any outfits. The only thing I noticed is it gets loose after a while and the laces don't hold tight for long but that could be because I don't redo them every wear, I just use shoe horns to fit them in.
