“I love these sandals. The size I ordered were a little small, however the amazing customer service at Bared had them swapped in no time. All at no extra cost or inconvenience to me. I could not rate the service or the shoes high enough.”
“This was my first Bared purchase. After all the hype about their shoes, I'm not overly impressed by the Goshawk. They sort of flop around on my feet: the forefoot straps leave too much room, and the ankle straps are flimsy. They make a terrible sucking noise when I walk as a result of the loose fit. I could not go down in size as they would've been too short, so I will say that length-wise, the 41 are perfect, and 41 is my regular size in all other brands.
I have since learned that Bared make their shoes on all different sized lasts, so for potential buyers, I would say the Goshawks are for an overall bigger foot. Either that, or I got a pair someone had shoved their foot into, stretching the leather. I had worn them outside my home, so could not return. Keep in mind that the only thing that can be done to rectify a loose fit with the open toed styles is adding gel pads to "fill up" the space.
I'm also not sure what all the fuss is about with regards to the footbed either. They feel no different to my other sandals. Perhaps I need to try a closed toe style to feel the benefit.
The colour is beautiful, goes with everything, and the heel rise offers just a little bit of class for summer outfits.”

“Have been waiting patiently for some more flat sandals and I was really excited about these. However, when they arrived the tan leather was much darker than I expected. While the customer service was great, I didn't read the fine print and didn't realise I couldn't get a refund for sale items. I'll just have to wait until they get some more of the styles I like in my colour.”
