“Initially I ordered a different bared style shoe but unfortunately it was too narrow for my foot. When I emailed bared to ask for a refund I explained that I suffer from plantar fasciitis and a mortans neuroma and needed a wider fitting shoe.
They were wonderful they said they would definitely refund the pair I bought but first would I like to try another style which they would post out to me for free with a return slip. That way if the new pair fit I could just post the old pair back or both pairs if they didn’t free of charge.
The new pair did fit and I love them - soo comfortable.
When you have foot pain the right supportive shoe makes a world of difference to how active you can be and consequently how you live.
