“This would not have been a success story without the help of Sarah from Customer Service. I had originally ordered a size 38 since the reviews mentioned these gorgeous sandals run large and I normally wear a 39. Even the 38s were huge and I experimented with an extra insole in each shoe to fill in the gaps, but they slipped and slid as I walked, making them uncomfortable. When I reached out to customer service, Sarah suggested I order an even smaller size, and the second pair, the 37s, would be sent to me on loan. Although they arrived too late for my daughter's wedding in Copenhagen, they were here when I returned, and the fit was great. Beautiful shoes and I love them. My only negative comment would be the odd sizing compared to all the other shoes in my closet. Is this just with Bared, or is this a trend? In any case, thank you Sarah, for your solution that worked for me.”
