“Beautiful shoe. I love that I can tighten using any part of the strap as there are no premade puncture holes. Very comfy straight out of the box, only the part behind the heel is a bit high and stiff and keeps giving me blisters. Only worn twice so far. Will need to bend and soften that part over time.”

We are so sorry to hear the Murrelet are causing you discomfort. Our heel counters can take a little bit of time to soften to the shape of your feet.
We have some super handy gel spots that help create a barrier between the leather and your skin, to help with this process. Additionally, we find massaging the heel counter helps to soften it out.
