We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the strap falling down. As the Jaegers are made from our lovely sheep leather, this means the leather is super soft and can be a bit stretchy!
We would suggest getting more holes punched by your local cobbler (if there is room to add in additional holes), otherwise, simply take your shoes to your local cobbler to shorten the strap, then email us an itemised receipt and we'll reimburse the cost.
